10.0We had a fantastic stay at this Niseko cottage. It was comfortable, spacious, and even better in real life than in the photos. The place had everything we needed. The manager was exceptional and truly went above and beyond, especially helping us with some issues we had posting our luggage, which made a big difference to our trip. We also really appreciated the focus on sustainability throughout the property. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again
