− Bathroom door didn't close, heating set up was bizarre and difficult to work, toilet had constant "debris" in it from other nearby rooms (waste plumbing problem). Light by door was on a movement sensor and so clicked on and off constantly. Not sure how this place gets to call itself 4 star...

− The room looked run down and not like photos. The room smelt musty The room was cold The heater kept switching off having reaching set temperature although room still cold. No spare duvets when requested due to being cold. Corridors smelt musty and paper/rubbish on carpets

6.0The location was great for visiting my friends in Putney. It was close to thr tube and all the restaurants, bars and shops. The staff seemed very nice too.
− The shower was bad, it leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet roll holder came apart in my hand the first time I used it. It all felt a bit tired.
