The Family that owns this place are rude, and doesn't know how to talk to people

− My last day was horrible they acted like I was trying to stay in there hotel which I wasn't and if that was the case they would had called the police to escort me off the property if I was refusing to stay like don't play with my character like that not that type of person. I'm homeless so I had everything with me that you would have in your house and plus I have 3 kids and there stuff so I had to pack all of our stuff and throw a lot away to make it easier on me . So I went downstairs before checkout to get an extension to check out which he said yes only until 11:30am and checkout was 11:00am so only 30 mins he gave me, which wasn't enough time but I was grateful for it . Unfortunately I wasn't done packing everything so he kept calling the DAMN phone that's in the hotel room I answered I said sr Im still not done packing I have a lot of stuff ,he gave me a whole lecture and very rude and then going to ask me how much longer am I going to be just to say no to the time I said but he gave me until 12 pm ,still wasn't done now he's calling and calling TRYING to intimate me on the phone after that I didn't answer I just went on what I had to do and made sure the room was clean so the housekeeping didn't have much to do , while I'm taking my bags out they were at my door watching me,and the orderly man that lives there start saying to me what do you not understand check out is at 11, I said yeah I know, I ask for extension at the front desk and the guy receptionists granted me until 12 ,he still talking very rudely at this point it's going in one ear and out the other and I continued taking my bags out my room .

Not likely to stay there again. Have stayed there twice and once was very good. Last stay there was questionable

The Front desk receptionists Kia and Stephanie are really nice and polite while I was here ☺️ if I had any questions or concerns they handle it very well, and was very helpful .

− I didn't like how with the extended stay housekeeping told me that I only can get housekeeping Once a week . I mean I think that's too long especially for the bathroom to be clean.
