8.0Das Hotel liegt einwenig ausserhalb der Stadt. Die ÖV fährt, wenn sie kommt, alles 20 Minuten. Der Service im Hotel ist ist gut. Werde es sicher beim nächstem Besuch in Ingolstadt im Auge behalten.

6.0Nette, farbenfrohe Innenausstattung Gefehlt hat uns 'ne Info zur Hotelorganisation wie allgemeine Ansprechbarkeit und Erreichbarkeit nach 18Uhr, am Wochenende scheint es hier Einschränkungen zu geben, zumindest haben wir niemanden angetroffen, Zimmer war nett, wenn auch sehr klein, aber alles sehr sauber

2.0Sulla via del ritorno prenoto questo “albergo”, arrivati il posto è carino, ha il parcheggio davanti. Entrati una signora anziana, che fa finta di non capire l’inglese, ci dà la chiave e in tedesco ci indica dove sarebbero le camere, ovviamente non capendo una parola di tedesco, sbaglio strada. La gentile signora bofonchia qualcosa e troviamo le scale, sì perché non ha l’ascensore. Il peggio viene una volta in camera, rovente, faceva caldo, e non esiste aria condizionata, ma un mini ventilatore sul pavimento. Provo ad aprire la finestra, e riposare dopo 400 km, nulla il rumore è terribile, le camere danno su di una strada trafficata che porta all’autostrada… impossibile. Scendo e chiedo alla gentile signora, se non esiste aria condizionata, alzando le spalle fa cenno di no… bene recupero famiglia e bagagli e la saluto come merita, all’italica maniera… lanciandole la chiave a terra, in modo che faccia esercizio. Dunque 120 euro buttati e altri 200 per una camera in un hotel degno di tale nome. Evitate come la peste di prenotare con Hotels, il servizio clienti è inesistente, la risposta alle mie rimostranze, è stata che non c’è scritto che la stamberga ha l’aria condizionata, ma neanche no… e per il rumore sono io che devo vedere dov’è la struttura… stante lontano da entrambi!
