Proprietatea este amplasată excelent, la doar câteva minute de faimoasa plajă Falasarna. Este locul perfect pentru a te bucura de mare, dar și pentru a admira apusuri de soare absolut spectaculoase direct din zonă.Casa este impecabila și amenajată cu foarte mult bun gust. Camerele sunt spațioase, confortabile, iar bucătăria este dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a te simți ca acasă.

− Придраться не к чему. Разве что название дома скрыто за цветущим цветком и с дороги сразу не увидеть.

Spacious, well appointed house for visiting the key beaches on the west coast of Chania

Our five day stay at the Falassarna House was most enjoyable. The check-in process was very efficient and the host was responsive throughout the entire stay. Parking was convenient, off-street and in front of the home. The photos of the property do not do it justice - this property is spacious, clean, and contains all amenities that you would be looking for in a short term beach-area holiday home. The dining area contains seating and a table for six, with plenty of tableware to support a full dinner service. The living area sports a television/satellite and couches with enough seating to occupy a windy/rainy day. The WiFi signal covers the entire property and is DSL based. We found the kitchen to be the gem of the property. It contained everything we needed and more, including a kettle, portafilter/espresso machine, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, panini press, oven/range, and other various small appliances. Supplies like napkins, paper towels, dishwasher capsules, dish soap, coffee filters were all provided. Bonus items like salt, oregano, olive oil, raki, even rakimelo - also provided. An outstanding array! Falassarna House has three bedrooms, with two bedrooms containing full sized beds, and one bedroom containing two single beds. We only slept in the main bedroom, but found the bedding to be comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets are available, and wardrobe space was plentiful. The bathroom was clean and well equipped with amenities like shampoo and toilet paper. Shower was very hot. The clothes washing machine was a bonus, as were the supplied softener, detergent, cleaning supplies, and drying rack. Other items worth mention: an assortment of beach supplies (umbrellas, football, volleyball, buckets) was available for our beach excursions. Also, the balcony wraps around the entire home, with full door access from each room, which was nice for unwinding in the evenings.

− The property was perfect, we wouldn't change a thing. A few notes about the area: Falassarna house is perfectly located for beach excursions. The main Falassarna beaches are less than 10 minutes away, Balos is nearby, and Elafonisi/Kedradasos are a bit over an hour drive from the property. Nearby Kaliviani has outstanding dining (more than the very touristy location...) Kavonisi port is a short drive, and Kissamos has more than enough shopping to keep you occupied on a windy day (Sklavenitis for your staple groceries!) Platanos itself is a sleepy village. As mentioned elsewhere, the village isn't the most attractive, but does contain a well stocked Synka/supermarket and a few nice tavernas and bakeries. Walking on the main road was a bit dicey, but doable in the daytime. We ran across a few free range dogs that were friendly.
