Horrible smell, the kind that you wonder if you’ll get sick from from mold exposure.
2.0The overnight staff (young girl) was so sweet.
− Loud freeway, parking lot didn’t feel super safe but there was a security guard I guess. The room smelled like intense mold and mildew and woke me up throughout the night with how intense and unpleasant it was. Felt like I needed to sanitize and clean everything I brought into the room with me it was really bad.
Needs to improve in the reception and reception of customers
6.0I liked the location, how clean and organized the room is. I also liked how new the furniture is. Breakfast is ok.
− Something INADMISSIBLE happened: we arrived at 6:00 and our room was not yet available, because it was not clean. Check-in started at 4:00. And I believe that breakfast could be enriched with a good espresso, especially thinking about guests who are not used to American-style coffee.
