10.0This is a fantastic and affordable dog friendly option on Jekyll Island. We loved staying at the Hampton for 5 days in early July. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I hadn’t realized it was dog friendly, so I left mine at home, but I won’t make that mistake next time. We had one minor issue, that was actually generated by my 80 year old mom, and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly in resolving it. We had a room with a balcony, which is a must. The hotel sits right off the beach shaded in a park line setting. The pool is wonderful and so is the breakfast. I will definitely stay here again. It is really a nice hotel.
