Rude and arrogant and say I should go to the Caribbean because I don’t want to sit in there apartment for 12 hours in my
1.0Don’t let the picture fool you, the place was not that clean and it was freezing. The owner/ manager was rude and arrogant and ridiculed me and said I should have went to the Caribbean because I didn’t want to sit in there apartment in my ski clothes watching tv seeing my breath
− Most everything it was to cold to enjoy they lock the thermostat and say the government makes them shut the heat off at night which Italy recommends using the heat for only 13 hours a day which I get to conserve energy but turning it completely off at night when it’s 0 degrees Celsius outside? The dishes were calcified and old. It was just plainly uncomfortable, and there rudeness and arrogance was incredible
