Dirty rooms
2.0Given 3 different rooms until we got one that didn’t have beer bottles everywhere and was cleaned. Front desk laughed and thought it was funny every time we came back to get a new room. Had to haul suitcases up and down 3 times and front desk said they had no way to tell if room they were putting us in was clean or not. They kept laughing and thought this was hilarious that their computer system was giving them bad info. Also charged 15 dollars upon check-in for hotel tax that wasn’t disclosed when booking. Room we ended up getting wasn’t vacuumed and didn’t have towels or soap. So mad at that point we just took it and asked front desk to clean room and they wouldn’t because cleaning crew was gone for the day. They laughed and thought it was funny again.
Won some money and chkd in to an awesome room
10.0Room was real nice and clean chk in fast and easy. Courteous front desk. Would recommend to anyone.. looking forward to a hot bath and good rest
