Hesitant to write this!!
10.0As my title is, i am hesitant to write this review. I have stayed many many places in my years coming to Gettysburg and we just can't stay anywhere else now. My title is tongue in cheak because i like i can get a room normally and am concerned with too many people realizing this place is a GEM. The staff is always fantastic. The rooms are all i need, clean, comfortable ( never had a lumpy mattress) bathroom was re-done and really nice, TV had OK picture but if that is my biggest complaint that is a good thing. The breakfast is fantastic, not sure what in the world the other reviewer could complain about, I have been to soo many hotels and this is in top 5 % of hotel breakfast (Embassy Suites being #1 most times due to the omelet stations) Location is just amazing and yeah you can maybe hear street noise because yeah you are right there and the view of the streets are great with the ghost tours and such. Anyway, place is awesome, shhh don't tell too many others though.

10.0Our clean spacious room was a quiet respite needed for weeks. We went down for quite a spread of a delicious breakfast buffet. It was fun watching a young kid watching the pancake making machine extrude his pancakes. It gave us the energy needed for a full day in the historic park to show my 31 yol son exactly where his relatives fought. For price, comfort, and breakfast, this beats many B&Bs we've stayed at over the years. We'll be back.
