Fake 'Holiday Inn'
2.0It has not been a Holiday Inn for a year according to the front desk agent. The pool is closed, breakfast is a muffin and coffee, wifi is unusable. Why is it listed as a Holiday Inn? Are there no consequences for misrepresentation in this country anymore?
Stay somewhere else.
2.0We were put up here by American after a delayed flight. The American agent thought we were getting the Holiday Inn O'Hare. The phone number provided got me to the front desk who indicated they were the Holiday Inn. A mini van running once an hour was their "shuttle" The van had a sign on the side window stating Holiday Inn. This motel is NOT a Holiday Inn and is 6 miles from the airport. It is now the Grand Royal Hotel. The place is run down and dirty. The A/C in our room was very loud and did not work well. There was no breakfast. I would not stay here again.
