Exceptional service.
9.0The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help. Rooms were lovely and the breakfast was very good.
− Whilst we were warned about the construction it was very noisy during the day.
It was not worth the money.

− We got upgraded to a room that actually was smaller than the one we initially booked and in the end when we checked out we paid more for the room than it was originally.

10.0Location was perfect. Just 2 minutes walk from Orchard Road. Great hotel. Great and very helpfull staff. Nice and clean rooms. I would definitly book again in the future.
− Our first room we got, started to smell with chemicals, this because of the renovation, which was ongoing, without any questions they switched our room. The first room had a great view, but the second one did not have great view.
