I had a very pleasant overall comfortable stay.

− Only if the mattress was a bit softer but I know that's not everyone's preference

9.0Everything was nice including staff. Neds were very comfortable and it was quiet.
− We got lost trying to find our room and trying to get back to lobby. It’s confusing and no signs directing you. I had to ask the cleaning staff where to go.

4.0I liked the housekeeping lady who greeted us with a cheery “Welcome in!” She was very friendly in the beginning of our stay.
− I did not like that we discovered that our car was broken into and we were not allowed to see the video of the parking lot. I also did not like that there were not enough cameras in the parking lot. Perhaps Holiday Inn should think about upgrading their equipment because it would be lovely when you’re vehicle is broken into, if you could see the license plate of the car that broke into the vehicles in the parking lot.

− We expected breakfast, but saw nothing about the details. Night manager said nothing, morning manager commented that ‘it was done at 9:30’ when we inquired at 9:20. That was the main problem. It would have been nice to be informed of details and had been able to make plans, so we did not have to make another stop a few miles away.
