Great location Tesla charging option. Good decent breakfast so all of the room for the price is really good option. Centrally located lots of food options and very close to Highway

They have a long way to go for impactful customer service specifically the front desk staff

The breakfast was good!

− Our experience was unfortunately disappointing due to poor customer service and inconsistent communication from the staff. When we arrived, we were initially told that an accessible room with a roll-in shower was available. We were then told it wasn’t available and that they weren’t sure if they would be able to accommodate us. After continuing to ask for clarification, we were informed that they did have a room with a roll-in shower, but it would not be ready until 3:00 p.m. The staff did not seem to understand the urgency of our situation. We were in town for my sister’s wedding and needed to get ready for the rehearsal. Because of the delays and confusion surrounding our room, we arrived late to an important family event. To make matters worse, we later needed a plunger for our room. When we called the front desk, the employee didn’t seem to know what a plunger was or even how to spell the word, which made resolving a simple issue unnecessarily frustrating. As someone who relies on accessible accommodations, clear communication and knowledgeable staff are incredibly important. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below our expectations. This version is firm, factual, and focuses on the specific issues you encountered without becoming overly emotional, which often makes reviews more credible and impactful.

I like that they moved us when original room had a broken bed and drug paraphernalia found. Pool looked clean. Called said we left item there.

− Cleaned new room had sticky floors. Missed breakfast dud to only bring open until 9 but check out at 11 and no one gave us any info, had to Google it. Stained old mattresses sitting next to the ice maker. It's one thing to be under construction but maybe start with the rooms not the conference hall. Lastly one mattress had an open spring box spring ao everytime someone adjusted the slightest it squeal

Good location. Plenty of restaurants and a Walmart and Lowes are all in walking distance . It is kept up nice. They have a nice breakfast set up by the lobby with a mixture of food.

− The First Room I have assigned was not actually ready which there is no coffee maker, the hot water and water of the bathroom is not actually working (pluming issue) so I needed to ask front desk to change room which I need to wait a couple hours.

Cost effective and pretty comfortable.
