It was close to Holiday World; only a 30 min drive
8.0The staff was friendly, and location was close to restaurants. Our room was nice and cool for the hot day; the shower had very good pressure. The pool and hot tub was very clean. Clean Facility.
The hotel was suitable, but they need to put the extra lock higher out of small children's reach

− Pool was very small. Location was hard to find behind another business. Not enough food brought out for amount of people waiting. Odd meal time. Did not stay open for meals later on weekends. Only served breakfast for 2.5 hours. Back door to inside did not lock. Keys easily deactivated, staff seemed annoyed when they did. NO ELEVATOR!!!!!!! Staff was little rude at check in when I reminded them I had called for joining rooms and was told I could get them she asked 2x if I called after was told 2x that I called about them.

7.0The cleanliness of the room and comfortable beds.
− The breakfast room was much too small with only 3 booths and 2 high-rise tables. Very little hot foods only biscuits, gravy, and scrambled eggs. It was put away right at 9 am; no attendant available to refill waffle mix and milk. It should be opened later than 9 am on a Sunday! Very disappointed with their breakfast offerings. Main problem: NO ELEVATOR to 2nd floor with an inside hallway
For the price my sleep was good and I enjoyed breakfast.
7.0I liked the variety at breakfast. And I felt the room was clean. Bed was ok.
