− The breakfast showed on the website at booking.com included but the hotel reception says is not included we have to pay extra ..it's so confusing

4.0The room was fine, a large bed, not particularly comfortable but I did sleep well.
− Everything is very dated and run down. The place smells like weed, it's damp and dank. The elevator, there's only one, is dark, dirty, and the slowest I've ever experienced. Sometimes a 5-10 minute wait. In general it's not a good place.
