10.0The room was very comfortable, but most of all I want to give a shout out to two incredible employees. Nancy and Joseph, I had an issue and they were so helpful and never got rude, they are high point, and as long as they are there MCM will be my hotel spot. Give them 💯. Thanks guys, y'all are the bomb diggity. Kudos
