4.0The floors were dirty. Trash all over. Indoor pool was freezing. Breakfast was either empty or still frozen (sausage, hash browns). Apparently Baymont just acquired this property, but much more work should have been done before opening. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets though. The toilet had to be flushed 6x just to get rid of toilet paper.
Cheap people running motel
2.0The room was so miserable hot that it took hours to cool down even the hallways were hot, very dirty place. Should be called is cheap quality inn will never stay at the facility ever again.

Fake Charges/Thieves
2.0I booked a room for my daughter to enjoy her Birthday and to swim in their indoor pool. My stay there was a nice experience being treated with respect by the attendant who checked me in as well as the Breakfast server. However, after checking out and returning home I later receive a fake charge on my card for a blossoming stain on a pillow which is a blue tent of color. I informed them myself and my kids do not wear make-up nor had on costume make up. We only came to swim and sleep that was it. To be charged $50 for a stain we did not cause was a blow to the chest because I planned on being a returning customer. After driving back up there and raising all hell, they then spoke in their native tongue, but they made sure to give me my damn money back. I don't like thieves, and I will not be returning. TF.

2.0Moved rooms twice for no heat. Heating unit removed in first room entirely. Exposed wiring. Bathtubs not clean. Threatening appearing people loitering around outer door and smoking. Workman tried to enter room with key while I was in the room. Security latch barely held - allowed large opening anyone could reach through. Did not feel safe there. Noisy. Construction/repairs ongoing into the night. Defective smoke detector beeping constantly.
