− Our room wasn’t clean. The floor was dirty. My feet were visibly very dirty from walking on the floor after a short period of time. We didn’t feel comfortable to use the shower or anything other than the toilet and just slept and left the next morning. The mattress was also too firm and the bed felt like a full rather than a queen.
Sleeping on a hard mattress was awful. It was like sleeping on a box spring with a board on top.
3.0All was okay except the most important part, sleeping. The mattress was hard as rock. Spoke with 2 ladies in room next to us and they said the same thing. I’ve slept in a lot of hotels, and this mattress thing was just awful.
