The hotel didn't feel welcoming with kids
3.0Beds were comfy
− The pool was only operational until the floor got wet. Then they'd close the pool. Saturday, as it was raining, they closed the pool for ppl to come fix it.. It wasn't fixed. (Which we knew seemed like a way for the kids to not be able to swim) We were told to leave the gathering area after a certain time at night (no drinking), we also went to sit at a table in the lobby and was told to put things back since that area isn't open after breakfast closes. The restrooms were locked in the lobby and you couldn't use the restrooms in the pool area because it was locked. The one front desk lady was miserable and unfriendly. She yelled and complained at everything we did. She complained about 4 parents and 4 kids sitting at a table playing cards but they can't clean the garbage cans in their front lot. Makes sense!

− Our room, for a family of four was a little small. The two full beds were barely enough room for all of us to sleep. It worked for one night, but I would probably go for something bigger for a family of four with kids ages 7 and 10.

− Spoiled milk was served at breakfast on Saturday morning, The staff in the dining area was rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions reaching over food/drink to tend to pancake batter, refill milk, etc.

− The beds are small. Figured it was a full size mattress or smaller... Not a twin but not a full. The breakfast sucked but it was included.
