Great Stay- housekeeping needs to do better..

The pool bar was amazing- i wish it stayed open a little later. The food was also great!

− The house keeping can be better. They only made our beds, didn't give us clean towels or fill up the soap in shower, or vacuum from the sand etc. We were a family of 4 with 2 small children, so the room got messy at times. . Also- I found a dirty disgusting crusty towel underneath vanity in the bathroom Im not sure how long it was there for but def was not from us! Also- the sheets were damp the first night & the pillows smelt like old sweat .. like they were not changed.. kinda gross..

Overall nice place to stay and I would stay again the future. Nice pool, pool bar and beach area which were most important to me. We had a pool/oceanfront room which had a great view and was a good choice. My only cons are room was poorly lit with only 1 lamp on the cabinet and the two lights over the nightstand between the beds were very, very dim and you definitely could not read if you wanted to. Also, WIFI was very weak and we often lost connection. Bathroom was very small as well.

Pool area was great, loved the hot tub and swim up bar. Location was nice, right on the beach. Had places to eat and shop right across the street. Good music during the day and friendly staff.

− Restaurant had longer wait times. Arcade was tiny and machines weren’t working great. People saving seats at the pool before it opened so then there were no available seats.

Stayed for one night at the end of our vacation. Pool is nice and really big. The deepest part is 4.5 feet I believe so kids can still jump in but you can walk the whole thing. It also has a really cool walk in and steps in shallow end and benches in “deep” end. There is a swim up bar with stools in the water. Pretty cool, they do have drinks for adults and kids. But beware and double check they have no alcohol because we were given a drink with alcohol in it when we asked for no alcohol. Good thing we checked before letting kids take a sip. Pool can get pretty crowded but it’s big and morning time it’s even less crowded. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Patio had 2 locks on it which I liked, nice view. Patio sliding door did a good job at keeping room quiet. Room did have a musty smell in it when you walked in. There is a fridge, toaster which we used. Keurig is there but it looked dirty inside so we didn’t use. The lobby also had a nice scent when you walked in and parking was convenient but you have to pay $10 a day. Liked the location of this hotel, very central.
