2.0Was told AFTER checking in that the pool was closed and the hot tub was filled in with concrete. Then when we got to the room, it was full of black mold. The place looks like it should be condemned. I demanded a refund. I was told it was processed. I called Expedia because I had nothing to prove it and they didn’t process anything. Expedia finally took care of it. Avoid this place!!!

4.0Was locked out of our room multiple times..once because they didn’t give us the second card type needed for the pool side room (they blamed maintenance for not telling them the lock wasn’t changed…you are one team, office should know the status of any room before renting it out) and second is because they only checked us in for one day even though we paid for two. Grounds are dirty, pool and hot tub are down indefinitely, pillows are terrible. Stay somewhere else.
