2.0Everything advertised was inaccurate. It's not river side breakfast was supposed to be included nothing was available except cereal with expired milk. There were no staff to ask for help. 10/10 do not recommend. The pool is drained and closed. The restaurant bar closed with water all over the floors holes in guest room wall. I requested a refund and will not rest well until the money is back in my account... Unexceptable

6.0The staff was friendly, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. However, the hotel grounds were terrible. I chose this hotel somewhat based on the pictures that were advertised but those pictures were very misleading. The parking lot needs a complete re-do, there is no landscaping, and walking around the hotel was sketchy - I didn’t feel safe walking down to the river by myself. The hotel billboard did not light up at night, and there were still Christmas decorations in the lobby. There is little care in the appearance of this hotel.

4.0The bed was comfy. Carpet was ripped. Toilet seat had missing paint on it. TV remote didn't work. Heater/air conditioner made noise all night even tho it was turned off. Was never told by staff about a breakfast. I seen it as I was checking out. People pay a few dollars more for a better hotel. I should've. Lesson learned.
