9.0− What is irritating is I was told my receipt was emailed but I have never received it. Delta Hotels seem to be able to send me all kinds of propaganda but can't send me a receipt.
The hot tub was out of service. I ordered a room executive suite with a king bed and a sofa bed because it was 2 adults
1.0− The hot tub was out of service. I ordered a room executive suite with a king bed and a sofa bed because it was 2 adults and 2 kids and they didn’t give us a sofa bed and some had to sleep on the floor. They didn’t do anything to fix it or reimburse it. Also no breakfast for the price.
