It could have been a much better stay without the controversy.
7.0I didn't eat breakfast, time wasn.t available, but the location was great.
− Nicole, the receptionist was very rude, we asked for a room on the top floor with a view, she gave us a room on the second floor with and inside view and the smell of weed was very strong. Was not pleased at all, we had to walk so to the room to the garage and then we had a problem with the parking gate which took and hour of my time, I had to take a picture of my plates upon check in and she still inconvenienced us. The gate still wouldn't open.

Solid Courtyard that needs to expand its staff
8.0Very solid Courtyard in a great location, understaffed by hard-working folks who are great at their jobs but really need some additional support (consistent 20+ minute waits at the front desk even outside of peak hours are unacceptable and unfair to both employees and guests). Rooms are updated, pool is large and clean; wish the lobby restaurant/bar had wider hours. Known issues with room keys only working on rooms and not gym/pool need to be fixed, and the lack of recycling bins is disappointing. Particular shout-out to Nicole at the front desk and the Sunday evening lobby custodial staff.
