Excellent accommodations and security from check in to departure.
8.0The staff was top notch. I felt the entire staff from first contact to check out was always willing to help and give me everything I needed without fault. Also the level of security when leaving the casino area to the lodging area, was fantastic. I love how a room key is needed to access the elevator to the rooms.
− The fact that instead of taking my word for it in person, I was made to show up in person to authorize my room guest. It was much of an inconvenience to do so.
