− The room smelled Very musty smelling Also people and families live in this hotel paid by state Not something you need to be around on a vacation stay Only stayed one night

− Where they allow smokers, and the fact that they take in Dss people and others who have been in prison just getting out and how loud it is

proximity to Corning for Wineglass marathon

− Place is a dump, towels looked dirty and there was a long black hair hanging off one of them. Blow dryer was falling of the wall and the outside door in the front did not lock. The fire door slammed shut after each person which you would hear all night long. We were given a room at the back where the long term residents would scream and carry on all night long. There was no maid service and the morning coffee available at the front desk was lukewarm. Considering we paid $524.00 for 3 nights it was a terrible deal.

The front desk staff was good and room was a good size with a large fridge. The positives end there. We had low expectations being a 2 star motel however the cleanliness of the room was very poor, lacking basic amenities such as coffee maker, cups in the bathroom, basic utensils you would expect with a room advertised as a suite, bedding, pillows, and towels were extremely cheap and uncomfortable. It was extremely noisy 24/7 with doors slamming and noise traveling throughout the rooms. Some very basic improvements by management could greatly elevate the experience.

Said “updated in 2023.” This meant a fresh coat of paint over rusted, broken and cracked walls and doors.
