9.0The staff is incredibly welcoming and makes the hotel stay very pleasant. The bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel is located in an unconventional location. The spa is truly special.
− Accessibility is lacking. There is no grab bar in the bathtub. Access to the room is via stairs. The pool also lacks handrails for entry. The path to the spa requires using a large number of stairs
