2.0Was close to the casino.
− The room felt dingy, the bathroom was small, there was constant beeping in the hallway ALL NIGHT. I received a text check in and responded that the soap was out in the shower, and no one responded or resolved. There was a booger and hair in the shower. The ice machine was broke. I will never stay here again

Hotel was so nice, clean and Team are very warm and welcoming.
10.0I enjoyed interacting with your staff. The woman at the front desk was so nice and was even nice to my new puppy ( reason why I was traveling ). Plenty of parking and our room was super easy to find. Check out was easy as well. Thank you and your Team for making our stay one to remember!
− Everything went smooth from check in to check out. Everything was clean and easy to find. Even the TV was easy to navigate. The only thing I would say is that its too bad that the kitchen closes early. We had to make our way to your snack area. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
