Older Hotel with issues
2.0I've stayed here on many occasions and myself and all my co workers always dread this hotel. We stay in hotels all over the world for work and Delta PBI ranks up as top of the list for a terrible nights rest. I’ve had so many bad experiences but never reviewed until now after they asked for a review then declined it for their webpage since it’s a negative review. No attempt of offering something to make up for a terrible two nights stay or expressing concern for why my room being unacceptable for rest. This trip alone - only one of the two elevators was working. Their housekeepers were very loud in the hallway during the day and if you need to sleep during the day, this is a huge disruption. On several occasions the air conditioning system has been extremely loud with a banging noise when turns on and off, which will constantly wake you up. The location is not where you want be unless you're just there for 12 hours for an overnight. It’s by the highway and doesn't seem like an area you want to go walking around. You'll find a much nicer hotel selection in the area of City Place walkable to dining and shopping. If you prefer the BonVoy hotels I suggest the Marriott just down the road.
