− 2 out of the 5 lights didn't work. The sink was draining very slow. Both issues were told to the front office. No responce.The carpet good use a good shampoo.

1.0This hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled. The boarders were coming off the wall. Wall sockets coming out of the wall's. Room smell like mildew, the bathroom was not clean, sheets were horrible looking and flies in the room. Everything was wrong about this hotel. I stayed in way better places than this.

− Traveled from Pennsylvania to North Carolina for a wedding. I have a teenage son with Autism. I spent a lot of time searching for a hotel that would be what we needed. I talked to him and showed him for weeks the hotel and the pool. Told him how fun this was going to be. People with Autism do not travel well because their routines are changed. It takes a lot of hype. Things are going well. Take him to the pool ( the selling point for the whole trip) only to have a man run out and tell us the pool is closed and can't be used. This wasn't stated during booking nor during check in. There are not enough words for how badly this affected not only our stay but the entire trip. Our room overlooked this pool. It will be a very long time before I can ever attempt to take a trip again.
