I was very disappointed in the front desk attendant attitude and unprofessional way in which she spoke to me during my check-in process, as if i was bothering her. She did not make me feel welcome there. Other than that, the breakfast was okay. The location is convenient for travelers due to the airport being directly across the street, highway in the vicinity, and stores and restaurants nearby. But overall, I'd give it a C-.

I had a great stay, had a couple of minor issues. Friendly and accommodating staff. I’d recommend staying here.

Good location, cleaning and kitchen staff were absolutely lovely. Excellent breakfast for the level of hotel.

− Due to changes in itinerary I ended up booking three nights as separate bookings. Called ahead, was told it would be no problem to sort once I arrived so that I could stay in same room all three nights. Arrived and reception staff had some trouble working it out but then told me it was fine. Second night about 9pm I was asleep (jet lag), heard people enter my room and say "Oh! It looks like someone is already here!" Different reception staff had rebooked my room to other people and given them keys. I called reception, desk staff told me it was my fault for not paying an additional "fee." I said there were no additional fees in my reservation confirmation and at check-in was told everything was fine. She insisted I come to reservation desk. Turns out they needed to rescan my credit card as separate deposits for the subsequent days, hadn't told me. Desk person insisted this is how their system works for the multiple bookings, as though I was meant to be familiar with their software. No apology. Somebody obviously needs more staff training. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Location was convenient.

− Room 109! This is a ground floor room near an exit door, food prep area, etc. Room 107, next door, is the closest to the front desk, and I'm fairly certain it had overnight hotel staff hanging out in the room. They were talking loudly, and we could hear them very easily.. We finally called at 3 am because we could not sleep due to the noise. This should be a room of last resort. Not sure what I did to piss off the front desk staff to get assigned that crappy room.
