Overall the stay was good the facility was very clean we walked a few blocks to get some food the front desk gave a list

The staff were friendly it was right in the beach they gave you chairs and umbrellas so you didn’t have to rent them

− The drinks were a little pricy and not a big selection of food

Whitney at the front desk was wonderful. In addition to being very welcoming and hospitable, she also assisted me with getting my cell phone working (sim card). Beautiful hotel and location (and the sargassum wasnt as bad as all the hype) but its people like Whitney that make the stay memorable.

False billing charges and fabricated housekeeping reports

Be very careful when reviewing your final bill at this hotel. After I checked out, I was charged for a “Turtle Plush” that I did not purchase or take. There was never a turtle plush in my room during my stay. No room has it. When I contacted the hotel, I was told that housekeeping reported the item missing after checkout and that management had added the charge to my folio. Management refused to remove the charge and did not provide any documentation or evidence that I had purchased or taken the item. I escalated the issue to Hilton Guest Assistance. Hilton informed me that the hotel’s management team would contact me within three days, but I never received a response from the hotel. This experience was extremely disappointing. It is not about the amount of money—it is about being charged for an item I did not authorize without being shown any evidence to support the charge..

Cela faisait 7 ans que nous n’étions pas revenus dans cette hôtel rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est top et toujours au petit soins. L’emplacement ! Nous avons aimé la chambre propre et faite tout les jours Beaucoup de choses incluent dans le forfait journalier comme le parasol les relaxes les Paddle boards canoës etc .., Les beach boys comme Hunter et Simon sont au petit soin comme Christina la reine du cocktail 🍹 au bar de la piscine ! La responsable de l’accueil toujours charmante cherche toujours à vous rendre service ! C’est pour nous un must peut être un peu cher mais le Paradis et le soleil de Floride n’a pas de prix 👏 Patrick 🇫🇷
