A 1 AM Nightmare. Avoid This Bait-and-Switch Hotel!
2.0Worst hotel ever !! Do not let the nice lobby fool you—the inside of this hotel is a filthy, broken-down mess. I was moved to FOUR different rooms in a single night, and each was worse than the last. We encountered torn carpets, heavily rusted and missing bathtub drains, a broken AC unit that blew freezing air until I had to physically unplug it from the wall, loose wall sockets, and non-working room phones. The final room they gave me had two heavily stained mattresses, loose bed springs, and a toilet that barely flushed. When I gave up and walked out at 1 AM demanding a refund, the front desk agent had the audacity to harass me about my service dog, despite me already answering all legal verification questions. Total lack of basic hygiene, maintenance, and human decency. Avoid this place at all costs!
