8.0Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel offers breakfast and the option to rent a beach umbrella, which was very convenient. Breakfast is not cheap, but that's quite normal for Belgium. The selection is decent, though not extensive, I had breakfast twice, while my friend only went once.
− The rooms could have been cleaner, although they were generally in acceptable condition. The shower was quite small, with limited space. Unfortunately, we also found a cockroach on the ceiling in our room. Despite these issues, the hotel is perfectly fine for a stay of a few nights, especially thanks to the excellent and helpful staff.

Please note that guests are required to show the credit card that was used during the booking process or an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling along. Please note that a chargeable upgrade to a superior room type is necessary as from the third person when requesting an extra bed. A baby cot can be added to all room types.
