Hotel verweigert Rechnung bei Abreise
3.0Das Bett war komfortabel. Getränke und Speisen im Restaurant in Ordnung, Service ließ zu wünschen übrig.
− Ich kann nur Geschäftsreisende, die über booking.com buchen und vorab bezahlen, vor diesem Hotel warnen. Man erhält weder beim Checkout noch danach eine Rechnung für den gebuchten Aufenthalt. Bei Abreise wurde mir diese verweigert! Ich hätte über booking.com gebucht und gezahlt, man würde mir daher keine Rechnung ausstellen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit booking stellt sich heraus, dass mir das Hotel sehr wohl eine Rechnung ausstellen soll. Seitdem ignoriert das Hotel sämtliche Nachrichten und stell sich taub. Sehr unprofessionell! Ich hatte im übrigen ein ruhiges Zimmer gebucht, erhielt dann eines im Erdgeschoss, ziemlich dunkel und gegenüber der Eismaschine / Wäschezimmmer für alle Gäste. Auch das hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt, für eine Nacht war es jedoch OK.

10.0We only stayed one night but would definitely stayed there again next time we’re back in town. Staff was nice. The hotel and room was really clean. Quiet. Must say it was one of the most peaceful sleep we’ve had at a hotel in a very long time. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
