Bad hotel, even worse management
2.0The staff charged me for a late checkout when I checked out around 8:40 a.m. When I called and asked why, they said it was because they sent me my receipt at 2:11 p.m., so they counted that as when I checked out. When I explained how I checked out at 8 a.m. (I physically left my keys on the counter to check out because I had a conference later that morning at 9 a.m.), they refused to let me speak to the manager or get a refund, and said everything was final and there was nothing I could do about it. I am never coming to this hotel again, and I will make sure that no one I know stays at the Wyndham ever in the future. Shame on you and your staff.
