Place was meh for the price
6.0Staff was friendly and being able to check in online was very helpful. All you had to do was get your room key and you were done. Spent 30 seconds at the front desk
− Dark, hot hallways to the room and the carpet/wall design was a bit disorienting. Very outdated

4.0Staff was very nice
− . Took an hour for us to get into a room which still was not what we requested. Was next door to our children instead of connected one like we request. Request the pool level as well, none available. Had a pillow in our room with a fresh nose bleed. I say fresh because blood turns brownish red when old and is was bright red. Towels weren’t available. Dog across the hall barked for two hours(started at 6:30am) it just was not a pleasant stay. Staff was really nice though.

− My room smelled moldy. Since I was only in the room a little bit so I didn't complain. But if I stay there again, I will make sure I'm not on the first floor.
