My stay
8.0Room was nice. Toilet took several flushes every time I used it to work. Other than that, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was very good and HOT. That's a first!
Good food and room rate, meh maintenance
8.0Complementary breakfast was very good. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Maintenance never came about my complaint of a dead electrical outlet. Towel bar inside shower stall missing. Couldn't beat the room rate, haven't paid that amount since the 1970's! Keep it up!
Not all the same experience
6.0We traveled for baseball. The location to the main campus was very convenient. The outside pool was beautiful. Our room was very nice. The other teammates did not have the same experience. The whirlpool was broken at the indoor pool. Only one ice machine worked. Very good breakfast.
Good and bad
8.0Because our assigned room wasn’t available at 4:15 we were upgraded to a suite. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a small refrigerator but it was ice jammed and had trouble closing - impossible to refreeze our cold packs each night along our 3 night stay for the festival we attended. Apparently the ice machine was also broken but the front desk did bring ice. Breakfast was good and filling.
