Nice Hotel, Terrible Shuttle Service.
6.0Proximity to the airport. Very friendly staff.
− I believe there needs to be more than one shuttle. Going to the airport from the hotel, not everyone could fit in the shuttle, so our family had to pay for an Uber. Going back to the hotel from the airport, there was a little wait, not bad. But the shuttle was going to a different hotel and our family once again had to pay for an Uber. What is the point in having a shuttle for the hotel if it's not specifically designated for the airport we stayed at?

4.0There are multiple sites that say there is a pool at this location... there is NOT! We came here juat so we could swim in our down time. Very much disappointed and would NOT recommend this hotel at all!!

− The online says there’s a pool with an area with grills to enjoy sitting outside and having fun. There is No Pool and was told they haven’t had a pool for years and no grills. We got a refund and left
terrible almost ruined the entire trip. So disappointing that the manager does not care
1.0− they advertised outdoor pool and grill, haven't had either for 2 years. Manager not present but was called by front desk staff multiple times, never attempted to offer anything to make it better, spent over 3 hours cancelling, attempting to get refunds and book a new room somewhere else
This time around was disappointing & I still have yet to receive my deposit back

− I didn’t like how I was scared up out my sleep due to an alarm going off & by the time I made it to the front desk & was told that it was a false alarm, I had left the room keys in the room & was soo pissed that I just had to leave.
