− Needs more upgrades, like replacing the old Holiday Inn tubs. Also, no hot water at night. And the window is very dirty.

1.0La ubicación es buena y el acceso a la playa es muy conveniente. La piscina climatizada fue agradable y la playa es funcional para niños pequeños
− La habitación que recibimos no coincidía con la impresión que daban las fotografías de la reserva. El baño era mucho más pequeño y tenía una tina antigua en lugar de la ducha amplia con puerta de vidrio que aparecía en las imágenes. Además, encontramos varios problemas de limpieza y mantenimiento: accesorios oxidados, drenajes que funcionaban mal, suciedad en diferentes áreas de la habitación y mobiliario deteriorado. También percibimos fuertes olores en los pasillos y ascensores durante nuestra estancia, especialmente por las noches. Considerando el precio pagado, la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de nuestras expectativas.

1.0− 1. The room had a strong odor of wet dog upon arrival. 2. After the room was cleaned the following day, it remained musky, and the carpets were saturated with water to the extent that it soaked through my socks. 3. There was no hot water available at approximately 4:00 PM on the day we checked in, nor at 7:00 PM on Sunday when I attempted to shower. I reported this to the front desk shortly after our arrival. 4. The resort pool was closed early in our stay due to a hygiene issue. We checked in on Saturday for a 6 days, we checked out on Monday and went to another Hotel. We are still awaiting a refund
We will be back to Hilton Head for sure, we may stay at this resort again.
8.0We enjoyed our stay and really loved the location.
− We felt the hotel does money grabs which comes of greedy and tacky. I paid to stay but to have a poolside lounge chair we had to pay for a reserved seat. I get paying for a cabana but this is just not right. Pool side seats should be first come first serve, not something to charge a guest for.
