− I am very disappointed with my stay. I was not informed in advance that the hotel was undergoing construction. The constant noise made it impossible to sleep, and there was dust in the air that caused nasal irritation and difficulty breathing. Had I known about the construction, I would have chosen another hotel. I believe guests should be notified ahead about major renovations. I would appreciate an appropriate resolution, including compensation or a refund for the inconvenience and health concerns caused during my stay.
