Poor customer service and facilities
4.0It’s in a quiet area and the room and hotel was clean.
− I booked for 2 guest with complimentary breakfast for two days and was only given two tickets which on payed for one day of free breakfast not 2 days that I paid for. Upon arrival the front disk said three housekeepers were missing and she wasn’t sure if the room was clean. She then went to check herself only to get stuck on the elevator but my room was ready. After the first day I stayed there the fire alarm kept going off randomly for hours and that was annoying and “No” they didn’t fix it at all and I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my stay never booking there again.
