8.0Room was clean except the mildew in the shower. Taking a shower this morning only to find the body wash dispenser empty and had to wash with shampoo instead. The balcony was covered in spider webs and leaves, so we couldn’t enjoy it. The room was cold and damp. The thermostat in room are non-functional. Everything in the hotel is on 1 system controlled by staff. The shrubbery was overgrown and made it hard to traverse from the lobby to handicap parking without walking on the driveway, which had trash and food smashed on it. The staff was polite, and professional. The lobby and conference areas were immaculate.

8.0The only reason I didn’t give excellent marks is because of a sensitive topic. The personal Hygiene of the cleaning staff needs to be addressed. Unfortunately the body odor was very lingering even after they left the room or hallways. I know this is a personal issue but it was quite unpleasant.

8.0Everything was good. Air conditioner was a little loud but kept the room cool which was good. The bench in front of the tv was very conveinant. All in all everything was good. Great place to stay and would recommend to anyone!
