1.0They sent you an email that says to be sure to have the deposit on a card that has the same name as yours then I went at night to get my room and the lady tells me they only take cash deposits. I was passing my withdrawal limit and could not withdraw that then I go the next day and the guy says that he’s just gonna refund me for that night. I didn’t ask for a refund for the second night. I need now I want a full refund.
