Thank goodness it was only one night totally Not worth the money I spent!!
5.0That it was minutes away from the college we were visiting.
− The staff…..When I walked in nobody was at the counter. I rang the bell and called and nothing! Turns out the person left the front desk to go outside to smoke. She saw us pull up and didn’t think to go back inside. The hotel was hot inside it seemed like the AC was out. I was glad the AC worked in the room.
Felt like a dump and wasn’t clean

− The smell in the room was disgusting, the breakfast was not ready at 6. The guy came late and was unkempt
it was a necessity to stay in Provo and it was OK. Glad I only had to stay one night.

− A lot of the things were dirty, especially in the dining room and in our bathroom.
