− El servicio de limpieza no pasó. Quitamos el cartel de no molestar para que pasaran a limpiar y llevarse la basura. Tuvimos un incidente de noche y necesitabamos que cambiasen las sabanas, y la suciedad que provoca convivir con un bebe por el cambio de pañales.Que se llevaran la basura. No lo hicieron y cuando lo dijimos, solo nos dieron la solucion de darnos sabanas y cambiarnoslas nosotros. No se llevaron las sucias ni la basura. Tuvimos que sacar nosotros la basura a la calle y meter las sabanas sucias en el armario. He sido limpiadora de hotel en el Reino Unido y no coincibo y la poca solucion de los problemas ocasionados por su mal servicio. En nuestro hotel, sino habia personal, bajaba la jefa de limpieza y limpiaba ella. O almenos, pedia disculpas, por que aun no entendemos por que no pasaron por nuestra habitacion.

10.0Our son is autistic and he loves it here. It’s the only hotel he will stay at. The staff remembered him and are always very pleasant and welcoming.
− We love this property and are booked up again for our son’s birthday in October!
