4.0The washroom is not as good lots of black ants no water heater no shampoo or soap and Isolated bit far from the city but the location and the beach is good the staff are very friendly no tv in the room just good enough for what it cost per night

Not an 8.6-star property
6.0Booked through hotels.com for ~1200php/night. Not all rooms have A/C. Our room was tiny and the bathroom door was broken. There was no hot water for either the shower or the sink. There was a trail of ants in the room. Eating/drinking in the room is prohibited, so no mini-fridge. "Free internet" is advertised but it's not free and very poor connection. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast (for two) was almost worth the room fee alone. They let us charge food and drinks to room with no problem. On checkout, they tried to charge me 6,000php for the two-night stay. Luckily, I was able to pull up my confirmation email showing that I'd already paid. This place would be a great location for a family get-together. As a hotel, I feel okay about the price I paid, but not the price they tried to charge me. The location is great and the pools are fun. It's just not an 8.6-star property.
