Staff was friendly and location was great. Pool was nice but could have been a little warmer.

5.0Amazing views of Chicago and the property itself is very nice. The pool is slightly smaller than it looks on photos, but a good temperature. Unfortunately, the reception staff were incredibly inefficient and left us stranded for over 1h30 at the start of our stay because they “couldn’t find our booking” and then miraculously it appeared. They offered us a $75 food voucher. The level of warmth and customer service was generally very poor, but the rest of the stay was decent enough.
