10.0Personale accogliente e super gentile, struttura molto curata nei dettagli e colazione a buffet ricca e molto gustosa. Camere piccoline, ma molto carine e sopratutto pulite Io avevo una camera con l’ingresso vicino all’ascensore e hanno optato per un’anticamera, così da creare una separazione acustica e visiva. (L’ascensore si sentiva ugualmente quando veniva preso dalle persone ma non in maniera eccessiva o troppo rumorosa)

Awful bed, but nice staff and decent location.
3.0Staff were good, helpful and friendly. Location was good, close to Vondlepark, but also not too far from the centre, and close to bus/tram and public transport links.
− The bed was truly uncomfortable. Like, extremely bad. An amazing bed and a good night's sleep is the one thing you want from a hotel and an abroad stay, and unfortunately the sleep was horrendous in that bed. The bed was so small, but the main thing is the mattress was really bad, and slanted on the one side, so it felt like you were slipping off the entire time. I barely slept, and my partner - she woke up with a sore back. Also, the night before the Amsterdam marathon, the one night I especially needed good sleep, the entire floor stunk of weed. Someone was obviously smoking in their room on our floor, and it was either coming through the vents or under the doors.

− Very small room size and spent lot of money , it is not worth , the room size was pretty small . Not even a mini wardrobe when a couple stayed in the same room for 7 nights can just imagine . Literally hanging the clothes on walls, no place to stand . It’s not worth paying 200 euros per night for 7 nights .
